PPI reclaim victory!

Hannah Ruddy, from Yorkshire, reclaimed £2,600 this year after she was mis-sold payment protection insurance on a loan taken out in 2004.
Hannah, who works at a law firm, was told the insurance – designed to cover your repayments if you can't work – was compulsory. That's a blatant example of mis-selling.
Hannah wrote to her lender demanding a refund of her premiums but it replied "no". This often happens, but she did the right thing by trying again and this time getting tougher. And it worked - she got all her money back earlier this year.
